Christie Rainbeau
Christie Rainbeau is a counselor and retired high school science teacher whose 25 years as an educator deepened her passion for supporting others through life’s challenges. Grounded in trauma-informed care, she works with adults experiencing complex trauma, grief, anxiety, depression, mood disorders, personality disorders, and life transitions. Christie believes healing begins with understanding ourselves more deeply and approaching our experiences with compassion rather than judgment.
She provides a safe, inclusive, and LGBTQ+ affirming environment where clients can explore their experiences with curiosity and compassion. Through this process, clients gain insight, develop new perspectives, and create meaningful change in their lives.
Believing that healing involves the whole person, Christie takes a holistic approach that honors the connection between mental, physical, and spiritual well-being. Drawing on her background in Traditional Chinese Medicine, she helps clients deepen self-awareness, better understand the relationship between emotional and physical health, and become active participants in their own healing journey.
Outside of her counseling practice, Christie enjoys hiking, meditation, cooking, and creating herbal remedies. Her connection to nature and holistic wellness continues to inspire her own journey of learning, self-discovery, and personal growth.
